I’m a woman from Sonoma CA USA, born in 1984.
My favorite sports include: running swimming
My goals are: My training goals are to run a sub-3:00 marathon in early 2009. More importantly, I hope to follow, and diligently stick to, an intense and smart training schedule in order to reach that goal. In addition, my fitness goals are to encourage others to get active and share the benefits and runner’s high!
My other favorite activities include: Golf.
I love to challenge and push myself.
